European export prices were steady this week following a big drop in values last week. 

There were prices heard either side of the range this week but the majority of feedback was within the publishedrange.There was unconfirmed deal for brightstock at the ICIS midpoint this week.Views on availability are mixed. While some players see supply from most refineries and ample availability tocover requirements, other players see less supply in the market for October.
